Ghatam with cushion, Pratap, Tuned F# 4.5 (Item Code: GHTP-F#-45) Ceramic terracotta jug drum tuned as F# 4.5 by the manufacturer. Approximate Dimensions: Top opening of 4.75 inches (120.6 mm), Hight of 14 inches (355.6 mm), width of 11 inches (279.4), and circumference of 37 inches (939.8 mm). Includes rest and soft case. Taller and wider than the Matka or Jug Drum. Played by rapping on the outside, a range of sounds are possible. Please note these are individually hand made and have a variety innate defects such as pitting, surface cracks and unsymmetrical shapes. All Ghatams are sold as is.
