Sonajero. Typically any wood handle toy with jingles, or 'sonajas'. This is a large scale sonajero measuring 22" long and 1.5" wide with 4 sets of jingles. Rap its end on a table or the ground for a loud percussive 'Tap-Tap-Tap' or shake it for the tambourine like jingles.
