The Dehru Hack Jaldar is an hourglass-shaped drum with a single head. It is covered on the ourside with a leather mesh which holds the head in place and maintains tuning. Beautifully hand-painted for a highly decorative element, Fully functinal as a drum, too.  7 1/2" high, 5 3/4" in diameter.  Made in India.
