Due to the hand-made nature of many of the musical instruments on WorldMusicalInstruments.com as well as their popularity, we are sometimes out of stock on particular instruments until we receive our next shipment from overseas. If you select an item that is out of stock, we will contact you by email to inform you of the estimated availability of the item. We will ask if you want to place an item on backorder, or potentially substitute a similar instrument if one is available, or if you prefer to cancel your order. The website authorizes your credit card for the purchase amount, which puts those funds on hold for this purchase. We do not charge your credit card until the item ships. We pledge to keep you informed so that you will know when you can start enjoying your new musical instrument!
Care is taken to ensure that your musical instrument arrives in excellent condition. All merchandise (except printed material, recorded material, Professional Duduk, Bloul, Shvi, and special order items) may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer calls
for Return Authorization within three (3) business days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping & handling, which will be deducted from the purchase price refund. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time and if the customer follows these return instructions.
All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your return. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
If the customer does not obtain a Return Authorization number or returns the item to the wrong location, a 20% restocking fee is charged.
