Shipping fees to U.S. and APO zip codes are calculated using UPS and USPS real-time shipping rates (unless freight carrier is required as indicated in descriptions of oversized items). To determine your shipping cost, please choose the items you want and add them to the shopping cart. On the shopping cart screen, enter your zip code and click the Calculate Shipping button to see shipping rates. If, at that point, you don't want to place your order, just close your browser window and you're done. To complete your order, click the Checkout button and continue through the screens until you click the final Place Order button.

When will I receive my order?
The delivery date depends on your distance from the manufacturer, which depends on the instruments ordered and if the instruments are in stock. If you are concerned about the delivery date, please contact us.
Expedited shipping quotes are presented during the checkout process if they are available for your shipment. We reserve the right to select an alternate shipping method if it will not result in a delivery delay.
Orders received by 1:00 pm Central Time Monday through Friday are shipped the same business day for most items unless the item is backordered. All shipments to IL are charged sales tax. We will send you an email if we are unable to ship your entire order right away. We will send you an email with your shipping tracking numbers. Musical Instruments Inventory Availability
Due to the hand-made nature of many of the musical instruments on WorldMusicalInstruments.com as well as their popularity, we are sometimes out of stock on particular instruments until we receive our next shipment from overseas. If you select an item that is out of stock, we will contact you by email to inform you of the estimated availability of the item. We will ask if you want to place an item on backorder, or potentially substitute a similar instrument if one is available, or if you prefer to cancel your order. We do not charge your credit card until the item ships. We pledge to keep you informed so that you will know when you can start enjoying your new musical instrument!
Care is taken to ensure that your musical instrument arrives in excellent condition. All merchandise (except printed material, recorded material, strings, Professional Duduk, Bloul, Shvi, and special order items) may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping & handling costs, if the customer calls for Return Authorization within three (3) business days upon receipt of merchandise.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping & handling, which will be deducted from the purchase price refund. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time and if the customer follows these return instructions.
All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days of receipt. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your return.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days. If the customer does not obtain a Return Authorization number or returns the item to the wrong location, a 20% restocking fee is charged.
